The bar is built, the glasses printed, and the first batches of beer have been brewed at Mixed Culture Brewing. All that awaits is final city approval to open their 45th and Minnehaha taproom.

But in the interim, they've secured permission to open up for a series of outdoor-only events on their sprawling patio for the next three weekends, offering a first taste of their beer and a sneak peek of the digs. The series kicks off this evening from 4-8.
